As a .NET Developer, you will work in one of our two teams in which you will be focusing on working on our software products such as: Brand Monitor, Social Inbox and Content Calendar. You will built a deep understanding of these products as you work on them.

Next to working on our products, your activities will also conclude the Service Duty. Internally we have a rotating schedule wherein a member of each team is assigned “service” duty on a week by week basis. Service duty involves walking to the Client Happiness Team to see if there is anything they need, or any bugs that really need urgent attention. This doesn’t replace the service desk JIRA board, but serves to augment communication between the teams and keep information flowing smoothly.

The team works on a relatively flat hierarchy. We are all here because we enjoy what we do, and we want to make something cool! This is something that you are able to (and encouraged to) shape. The team is informal and fun (also one of the company’s core values) and wearing headphones is not the universal “I’m busy, don’t talk to me” signal that you may have experienced before in previous jobs or teams.
